Chocolate Malt Cookies

These cookies are always the cookies that spence and caleb ask me to make:)

Chocolate malt cookies

1 c. butter

1-1/4 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. malted milk powder

3 T. chocolate syrup

1 T. vanilla extract

1 egg

2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. chocolate chips

mix first six; add egg. add remaining ingredients. shape in to 2 inch balls place 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. bake at 375 for 10-12 min. or until just starting to turn golden around the edges. cool for 2 min. before removing to a wire rack. yield: 1- 1/2 dozen.

Tahoe

This Tuesday and Wednesday we went to Tahoe with some friends to stay in their cabin, and to just have fun with: baseball in the water
rowing in a raft
jumpin' waves
walking the docks, and
burying Lindy in the sand! (THANKS Debbie and Chelsie!)

We've been chopping hay. so my cousin Sariah and I weigh the trucks as the go to dump. it's REALLY boring so we peel paint to pass the time!:)

We went up to Winnemucca for A BIG family picture. and I stayed the night and 7 of my girl cousins and I Raked, so here are some pictures of our fun RAKING!! I'll add more pictures later of winnemucca fun!

Girls Camp

This was my first year at girls camp, and it was GREAT! Shelly Egbert was my leader. it was SUCH a spiritual experience! I'll NEVER forget! I think between my friend and I we used up 15 tissues during testimony meeting! NO JOKE!!
